Install Gmork Scam Guard
Scam Guard is a Chrome and Edge extension, free for home use. Short path:
- Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on the computer you want to protect.
- Open the Gmork Scam Guard page in the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome, then Add extension. In Edge, first click Allow extensions from other stores.
- Pin the fox: click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar, then the pin next to Gmork Scam Guard.
- Open Gmail or Outlook (reload the tab if it was open). Chrome keeps Scam Guard up to date automatically.
Need Edge notes, a manual install for IT, or how to roll it out to a whole office? See the full guide on the Scam Guard page.
Set up the AI Website Watchdog
Nothing to install on your server. Gmork watches from the outside, the way a visitor would.
- Create a free account (Basic covers 1 website).
- Add your website address in the dashboard.
- For continuous watching on a paid plan, verify you control the domain with a DNS record, a file, or a meta tag.
- Choose what to watch (uptime, speed, signup or checkout flows) and where alerts should go.
Details on what each check does are on Features. Plans start free: see website pricing.
Contact us
Write to support@gmork.com. Include the email address you use with Gmork and, for a website, its address. Please never send passwords or full card numbers.
Billing help
- Card, invoices and receipts for a website plan: sign in, open Account and choose “Manage billing, card and invoices”. Only the organization’s owner sees this button.
- Gmork Scam Guard payments: Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment. For a copy of an invoice or to change your card, write to us from the email address you paid with.
- Using Scam Guard at work? The free version is for home use. Any business use needs Workplace, which you can try free for 14 days.
- Charged by mistake, or twice? Write to us with the date and amount and we’ll look into it right away. Refunds are covered in our Terms of Service.
How to cancel
- Website plan: sign in, open Account, choose “Manage billing, card and invoices” and cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the organization moves to the free Basic plan.
- Gmork Scam Guard: write to us from the email address you paid with and we’ll cancel it. It stays on until the end of the paid period. A free trial or founding year without a card needs nothing from you: it ends on its own.
- Removing the extension deletes what Gmork Scam Guard kept on your computer, but doesn’t cancel a paid plan by itself.
Lost your license key? Get a new Gmork Scam Guard license key by email. The computers you already connected keep working.
